This sketch is missing a short description

The code for these WS2801 lights was inspired by the LED Stego Flex Spike Hoodie code (here: https://learn.adafruit.com/led-stego-flex-spike-hoodie/assemble-circuit) plus some other things I've found.

The lights go inside a homemade white fur scoodie (scarf-hoodie) and are powered by a 5v usb powerbank.
