My Neopixel Tiara by amelia.tetterton

This sketch is missing a short description
The code for these Flora rgb NeoPixels was inspired by the random flash Adafruit NeoPixel Tiara code (here: https://learn.adafruit.com/neopixel-tiara) plus some other things I've found. The lights only work for ~30 minutes when powered by two 3V cr2032 batteries in a coin cell holder. I have upgraded to a 3.7v Lipo battery.
