A MicroView based controller for a custom built PCB etching tank - refactoring

Hardware consists of:
- a [MicroView](http://microview.io),
- a rotary encoder & a button,
- a thermistor,
- a pair of IRF520 N-MOSFETs,
- a silicone heater pad,
- a fountain pump,
- a modified laptop PSU (converted to 12V),
- a 5V SMPS,
- a LED stripe.
