MeArm setting the servo limits and controlling the speed to end points
The 4 servos now with speed control and whether to wait for each servo to complete movement (consecutive movement) or move together (concurrent movement). The values used are derived from the MeArm program sketch for end points, speeds are entered with experience (start slow then build up).
